John Eschle left the farming and cattle business that he was born into in the Texas panhandle in the late 1980's. He moved to
Lubbock, Texas where he discovered a very exciting career in real estate sales and investing business. He received his training
and early sales experience with a large successful real estate company in Lubbock and later moved on to sell HUD homes almost
exclusively for over a year. He received his broker's license in 1995, and soon after, founded Advantage Realty. He soon found out
that managing sales agents and spending most of his time with business management was not as enjoyable and rewarding as
spending time with people in their search for the perfect home, and is most cases, the biggest investment of their lives.

When his oldest son founded a, now nation wide, trucking company in the Dallas area, he sold Advantage Realty and
began working in Dallas in the trucking industry in 1999. After working in several areas of his son's trucking company, he
took over the management of a fleet of trucks dedicated to a Dallas company, delivering their products over a five state area.
After seven years in this position he has recently retired and has returned the industry that he previously loved back during the
years spent in Lubbock. John has always received the most pleasure from helping others, so he has all the qualities needed
to help guide people through the buying or selling of their homes.
