"Just wanted to let everyone know that Mike Pannell found me another great deal that I'll be closing on probably by the 5th of June of 2006. It is in the D.R. Horton community just N of Fort Worth in Saginaw. It is a Cape Cod style 2 story house. 1960 sq/ft 4BR/2BA house, on a premium sized lot, with 'Hardi Board' exterior construction instead of brick. It is located in a master planned community with pool, rec center, playing field/park areas, etc. for a low HOA fee/yr. The house listed, and was under contract with a buyer for $159K. With Nuhomesourceplacing a bid for me, we offered $139K and they accepted the offer. I guess the builder can do this on failed deals because the previous buyer had put down and lost their earnest $. It felt like they got me a pretty good discount. When this deal closes with a renter in it, I'll be preparing for the next one hopefully within a month."...
